"Recommend character" instead of "essential character"

New players may banned from essential nodes by small rosters which didn't have required ones, that make them miss out on clearance rewards and event points for progression reward.
If we use "Recommend character" instead of "essential character" in PvE events, and raise the points for those cleared nodes with "Recommend character" (or reduce points if use other characters), so the new comer can also have a chance to get full progression, but won't be able to compete with older players for rankings, I think this can make the game more friendly to new players.

In addition, perhaps a similar mechanism could be used to adjust ranking rules so that players no longer have to live with game time.
