Support destruction: A Journey Through History [Investigating]

It's been on my mind for a while (and more since Pajami came out) and I finally got around to a little digging. I knew I remembered something about an update that made support destruction not target treasures until treasures were the only available target. After looking I found the 2.7.1 release notes https://forums.d3go.com/discussion/73770/2-7-1-release-notes-updated-7-10-18/p1 where this was mentioned. At the time a bug also appeared for Vraska, Relic Seeker where her first loyalty ability would specifically target treasures instead of the highest shield support. This was fixed in 2.9 https://forums.d3go.com/discussion/75171/2-9-release-notes-updated-9-27-18/p1 but it looks like 2.9 broke the "treasures last" change (I made a bug thread about it after 3.0 came out with no replies https://forums.d3go.com/discussion/76237/why-does-support-destruction-still-hit-treasures-before-other-things ).

Since the PMA PWs have come out and the game has now turned into a 50% chance to play Pajami with his millions of tokens, I wanted to bring this back up so hopefully :

1. Treasures get moved to the end of the support destruction queue (and probably by extension servos/clues, but not a blanket "token supports last" only the ones that make a large amount)
   
2. Pajami's loyalty support tokens also get moved to the end

I would personally love this considering how easy it is for Ajani to blanket the board in chaff.
