Softlock after clearing the mana board with Selvala [Investigating]

I activated Selvala's ability which converted the full board to green and cleared it. After the board repopulated it froze in the state shown below. This was in Training Grounds on a Galaxy A52 running on Android 12.

• UID* (Do NEVER post publicly your UID number on the Forum)

• What device was used when it happened?

• Is it related to a specific event (or another specific battle)? Or even another part of the game (when you purchase something, editing deck, entering in any of the screens, when you level up your Planeswalker, etc)?

• If it is in a battle, a list of all cards in the deck and possible interactions that might have happened.

• In this case, the more information the player gives to us, the better.

Yeah I have the same problem with Selvala, Heart of the Wilds where you trigger the conversion ability and the green match ability triggers too but then you softlock.  But it's maybe only 5%-10% of the time so I'm not sure how to reproduce it consistently. But if I play enough games it always comes up again eventually.

I'm using Android 11.  My deck is Harald, King of Skemfar; Binding the Old Gods; Mortality Spear; Selvala, Heart of the Wilds; Khalni Garden; Nissa's Expedition; The Kami War; Nissa's Pilgrimage; Nissa's Revelation; Animist's Awakening. My planeswalker is Domri, Chaos Bringer.
