I can tap the power all I want and it does absolutely nothing

    Seconded. I tried it in DDQ. You have enough AP to cast it, click to use the power and nothing happens. The AP isn't reduced, it just doesn't work.

    I can confirm. Team-Up version of Embiggened Blast (any rank) refuses to activate.
