Missing reward from event quest

I obtained this reward which is supposed to be a bonus rare card, but the graphic was blacked out and nothing was added to my vault.

Update didn’t get anything 

My Quest journal looks the same but I have not been able to claim that reward yet, so it seems to be a general error

I claimed mine today and while it still had the black square it did give me the znr rare pack in the vault.

I did submit a ticket, yes. But I sent the ticket even before I made this thread.
