Point redeem? why not? For those players spent alot money to buy packs and they get points collected from packs, so when they have enough point, they can redeem whatever they want. I have seen many this kind of promotion works very well and keep players buying more and more, also worth for players spend their money, like me :D
For example: If you are a casino players, the more you spend money is the more you earn the point to redeem such as: hotel room, promotion chips or F&B vouchers...

Did you intend to make this retroactive so that players that have spent tens of thousands of dollars all get points?  If you don't, then there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth by the big spenders. It's why we can't have nice things.

Most credit cards give you 2-5% "rebate", regardless of whether it's point based or cash back.

Buying 1 Stark Salary will give you 200 to 500 hp.

A Classic 5* cover, based on shards store, needs ~25k hp. You need to spend about $12.5k to redeem any classic 5* of your choice. As for CP, 1 cp = 100 HP. So, at best, you can redeem ~5 CP per Stark Salary

I play another gacha game which recently implemented that system, Fire Emblem Heroes.
However that game is highly monetized and there are huge whales maxing each new released character being reasonably OP, possibly a thousand of dollars for maxing each character who will be OP exactly until the next month when another new OP character appears.
That game has been top ranking bussiness many months.
Honestly I rather like more this system, in this game commited play can make you competitive, not like the game I'm talking about and a lot of others gachas where actually money talks.
