I have contacted customer service about this Spiderman change. Those of us that bought abilities deserve more than 1500 hp for selling him. I personally paid for 4 abilities and also bought 2 abilities for my patch and set him up to run with Spiderman. All I wanted was to get patch to the new spec to suit no Spiderman. even that won't be considered. From my point of view, if they aren't willing to work with us to rectify the situation then we should have a class action lawsuit for a bait and switch. Obviously we won't get much back on an individual basis but something is better than what they are offering. Please, I'm looking for insight into this and personal thoughts and please no trolling

My personal thoughts are that it's a waste of time and effort to even consider a lawsuit, let alone go through with one. You're dreaming if you think it'll achieve anything. D3 made it clear months ago that Spider-Man was going to be changed. If you bought the covers since then, you should've known better. If you bought the covers before the announcement, you've had more than your money's worth out of him. Either way, you've got no hope in hell of winning anything. At best, you could contact your card issuer/app store and try to get a refund on the money you spent for HP, but even that is a waste of time IMO.
