Teferi, Hero of Dominaria Does Not Exile Opposing Cards Randomly [Investigating]

Says "an opposing card at random" but it always exiles creatures first
Since this says "random", I can't technically post a single video that proves my submission is correct. I would need to collect a large sample of data to prove that the odds of it always picking creatures first is, indeed, not just random chance. But this game does not pay bug bounties, so that's too much effort for too little reward.

    Wait this was marked “as designed” in the bug list???

    So even though it’s random, it’s supposed to start with creatures first?

    Bumping this in the hopes that we can get an update to the rules documentation with the new set release (if needed). Something like, "Random means random among creatures. If there are no creatures, random among supports." and maybe some call out about how vanguards play here, since we still haven't received an answer about whether or not vanguards are cards in this sense.
