Add check boxes + "sell all" to reward cover collection

Selling individual covers is a pain when there are a bunch to sell and it gives you 2x warning popups each time.

It'd be handy to be able to just check the ones you want to sell, tap the sell button once, confirm your checklist once, and sell all. Thanks.
