Error after winning the game through something like Roiling Vortex [Investigating]

I saw this happen a few times now. If Greg is killed through Roiling Vortex (either the 2 damage at the start of the turn, or 11 because of mana gain), a window pops up and I have to abort the match and can't open the battlelog.

The win still counts, so it's just a minor bug.

Event doesn't matter, happens all the time
