Player name reverts back to old name after switching coalitions [Investigating]

When a player changes their name, moving to a different coalition changes their player name back to their previous name.  This can sometimes result in the coalition leader not recognizing the name and giving them the boot.

Please fix the bug and make the name change permanent.  Thank you!
