tamiyo's notebook "rebirth" emblem

I was checking the new NEO vanguards, and I can't find a way to give that rebirth emblem to the notebook created with the vanguard.
Is PW Tamiyo's third ability the only way to have a rebirth emblem on a notebook?

    That's probably the case. Just like how Drider only gets the Darkness Emblem with Lolth's Planeswalker abilities

    It looks like Containment Construct and Jacob Hauken, Inspector can both create rebirth emblems.

    They can't grant Rebirth Emblems to a token created by vTamiyo sadly

    I just got this vanguard and was wondering the same thing... As the card alone has no indication of being able to grant rebirth itself. I guess my next goal is to get the NEO Tamiyo Planeswalker.
