Anti-stun passive ideas

Right now the main counters to stun powers is to have characters that can't be stunned. I had an idea for another type of passive where the number of stun turns would be reduced without being eliminated.

Here's a passive power that would halve stun time:
If this character becomes stunned, reduce the stun count by 2 instead of 1 every turn.

5* Black Widow's useless stun passive could be replaced by a move that transfers a stun turn to the other team:
If at the start of the turn a teammate is stunned for 3 or more turns, reduce the number of stun turns by 1 and stun a random enemy for 1 turn.

The amount of stun required to trigger it could be made higher or lower based on levels.
