    A little MPQ history:

    1.) 5* Star-Lord's recent rework marks the first time that a 5* character has base match damage over 1000 in their strongest color at level 450; Star-Lord's yellow deals 1016 damage per tile.

    Silver Surfer was the first 5* released, in September 2015.  His blue damage is 586.

    Doctor Octopus (released in June 2017) is the first 5* whose damage went over 700.
    Iceman (in July 2019) was the first to go over 800.
    Daken (in August 2020) became the first to hit 900.

    Meanwhile, Cyclops was the last whose match damage was under 900, whereas both Shang-Chi and Ultron are both at 992.

    But I suppose if it was going to be anybody whose match damage was the first to cross 1000 ... it would be Peter Quill???


    2.) With Crystal replacing Big Wheel in Latest Legends tokens, all 3 characters are now women -- Abigail Brand, Crystal, and Daredevil (Elektra).  (Which, not for nothing, is also the letters ABCDE.)

    The last time all 3 characters in Latest were women was a stretch of 9 weeks in the spring of 2019, almost three years ago.  Captain Marvel, Hela, and Rescue shared tokens for 3 weeks, followed by Hela, Rescue, and Storm for 6 weeks more.
