Was playing in The Hunt today and got a match 5 to get Sersi her Eternal Life tile.  Next turn, Venom stunned her, then downed her.  She remained downed, and the tile stayed on the board (similar to the the Ares' bug)

I took 2 more turns with her downed, the countdown on the board (but not counting down), and no revival
