Draw?

Had a bizarre match the other day. My opponent had a deck full of cards to either destroy or send my creatures back to hand. I had disabled all of his with sigardas imprisonment.   They legit reinforced one of their cards 252x.  I finally won after over 300 rounds. My question does the game ever call a draw or do we just fight for eternity?

    aka... the match will never stop. Untill you or an opponent win..

    Idk if they would/could ever work in timed rounds like mtgo or arena or sanctioned paper magic. Maybe of they ever did a REAL pvp tournament..
