    @gillkonam - have you made a ticket om Oktagon support page? That is the best method for getting help, these forums are not optimal for your problem.

    You will probably need your UID when contacting customer support, so I hope you can retrieve that from the second slash screen during app load.

    I posted, still cant get on, because I am a whale. I am sure others have dealt with this. And that sounds like work. I am the consumer. Maybe, just maybe they should bother to reach out. It worked 3 days ago. I havent done a thing. I appreciate your polite candor, but its also suggesting I work for them.
