Full artwork cards

1. PWs decks seem to be ignoring the full art cards. I bought lantern today, but in the Expert deck it's not counted.
2. That would be great to have the option to switch between regular and full art cards.

FYI This was requested when full-art was new and at the time dev said something to the effect of, they know and aren’t planning to change it.
