Anyone figured out what that means or what the conditions are that deem us worthy?  Anyone?  Beuller?

    It's explained in the text of Esika's Fountain support. When you activate a Loyalty ability, that support gains reinforcements based on how many Historic cards you control. Historic cards are Legendary creatures and supports, all Artifacts (Legendary or not), all Sagas and all Vanguards.
    While Esika's Fountain has 15 or more reinforcements, you are worthy.

    All artifacts, legendary or not, are considered to be historic? I did not know that. Thank you, that is indeed helpful.

    Artifacts, vanguards, legendaries, sagas. 

    If you ever forget, just go to the card filter. Search for "historic", then pull up a card and click on the keywords.
