Vanguard and other exclusive cards

I know this has come up before but I’d love to have the conversation again about additional access to exclusive cards. Is there ever going to be a way to get RAW vanguards and other impossible to get cards? Many of these cannot be picked up either because of 0 availability or 0 option for non-dupe (thinking of you RAW vanguard and all other rare vanguards). As a collector I would really like to see some option to pick these up. I, like many others, will move mountains to get these cards if it is possible, but alas it is not. Thoughts?

    Same with full art cards from (very) old sets. I can see in the card database that they exist, but there is no way to get them.
