Google play update needed but no update on screen issue

i dont know if it is on your side or google plays, but after some updates, game complains about the new update, you press update, auto directed to google play store but on google play screen no update is seen (like your games page is not updated yet).

solution:

for new google play: go to your account which is upper right; the circle (with your picture or first letter of your user name on it) where you can change accounts and details, then first item on the menu: "manage apps and devices", list will show the applications that need update, and you can update...

for old ones,  i guess an icon on left upper side with three parallel dashes and "my apps and games" from there "update" tab...
