Booster pack percentages are identical

Just looked at the VOW Kickstarter bundle in the vault. Found it curious that the packs all had 1,72% of getting a masterpiece even though the pack didn’t contain any masterpieces.
It turns out that all booster packs have the same percentages, when pressing the % button. Every pack seems to have the Percentages from a premium pack.
This is very misleading!
