DCed while claiming holiday mythic?

As the title states, I disconnected while tapping claim on the mailed mythic, and then my wifi chose that moment to **** out.  Now when I log in there's no mail or anything for my to check.  No boosters, no nothing.  I tried reinstalling, same thing.  Is there a way for me to access past mail or something?  I don't want to lose out on my 2nd ever mythic because of this D:

    Look at your cards. If you don't have "Last Minute Chopping", a black and blue support, write a ticket to the support. 

    EDIT: that's the card I got... maybe there are others you can get
