We are aware of the instability within the game and the issue with the events not appearing. We are already working on a solution!

    I signed up and paid 60 mana crystals for the Trial of the Planes: Blue event on 12/6/21 at around 10pm AKT, and I completed at least 1 battle (5 points/1 booster award).

    The event was not accessible as of 7am AKT this morning. I can now access the event again; however, it appears to have reset, no completion has been recorded, and I also will need to pay 60 additional mana crystals for re-entry should I wish to resume participation.

    I imagine I'm not alone in this scenario.

    Do you guys plan on issuing any refunds across the board, or should I just submit a help ticket?

    The event is costing 0 crystals to enter after the downtime so you should be able to complete the event and get an additional MID pack since the scores were reset for everyone
