You can see that Shang tanks every color after thor's cascades and
making some red and purple matches and counts twoards the combo points but when i make just a blue match i
lost the combo and you can see that shang is not tanking yellow or green
anymore.

Oh, my bad sorry I misunderstood0

Report it in the bug report forum. I think it is a bug because other characters that require making match to trigger passive power still process even though you didn't physically make the match. For example, Polaris.0

I did, hopefully they will fix it because that's my main team now and it's so annoying when that happens0 -
This has been identified as a turn issue in the discord channel. If SC goes after Thor to start the turn he doesn’t realize a match has been made. I’m updating this in case kimo forgets but they were involved in the discussion there.1

Hah, that explains it then. I have also been using 1/2 Thor and just thought I'd stopped paying attention between turns rather than this bug.0

That's weird actually.
(PASSIVE) Shang-Chi maintains a relentless flow of attacks. Whenever Shang-Chi's team makes a Red or Purple match, he gains a Combo Point (Up to 10). Each Combo Point increases Shang-Chi's match damage by 74. If Shang-Chi ends a turn without his team having made a Red or Purple match he loses all Combo Points. (Max level 298 damage)
In the video, Thor destroys tiles passively and there were red and purple matches made due to cascades. Shang Chi's Combo Points increased to 4. However, a blue match was made and his combo points were lost. It seems like his passives work in different point of the game. The first part of his ability triggers even when there were red/purple cascades due to Thor. However his second part of the passive doesn't recognise them.

MPQ has a lot of powers not working correctly, so it's difficult to figure it out, unless someone has seen the code. At this point, we can only remember that his match isn't considered a match when interacting with Thor, and other similar scenario.0

That's the correct information to remember. Creating teams with passive powers need even deeper thought on their positionings.1

I’m annoyed that if Shang is stunned, you can lose his combo points but you also can’t gain them either. I think when he’s stunned you shouldn’t lose or gain combo points.0
