The Last character available for all 5 power levels

There are a few characters that have the capability to be present at al 5 power levels.
The last one to be able to is Storm.
I'd love to see a 4 star Storm. Maybe with some colors we haven't seen before.
Maybe a Purple Fog power that grants Invisibility or Protect tiles.
A Red wind power that clears all of a certain type power
Just some ideas.
