Compensation for Wrong Rewards from The Harvesttide Event

Hello everyone,
I came to update you regarding the wrong rewarding issue with The Harvesttide event.
First of all, we apologize for taking too long and for all the inconvenience this problem caused.
As those who updated the game received a much smaller amount of Mana Crystals than those who didn't, our team chose to send players who updated the same amount of Mana Crystals they would have gotten if they hadn't updated. Therefore, those who were already in the new version will now receive the rewards corresponding to their tier in the old version.

    It looks fair enough for those who updated.
    What about the players that did not receive the update notification, played the first node on the old version and Lost 2 points due to the bottom node bug (and therefor their rank in the event).
    Are they supposed to reach customer support to claim their 1st tier reward?

    That was a good, reasonably weighted answer to a disastrous situation.
    Your community supports you when you do something good. Learning from this experience would be a step in the right direction.
    Good job.

    P.S. Please implement minimal in game option to copy logs that lead to a particular problem or bug available to the players. (basic copy paste would be perfect)

    1000 Mana crystals was all people could get right? People weren't able to progress towards the next big crystal rewards, correct?
