The description of Disabling Blow says it stuns first then deals damage. In actuality it deals damage first, waits for other characters to respond, then stuns. For example, both Doctor Stranges can deal damage through the Flames of the Faltine passive.

This is noticeable in the 4* node of Cold Snap today.
