Isn't it a shame that the party mechanic doesn't include all the d&d classes?

I get why, in eldraine  party was just wizard, rogue, warrior and cleric, but now we're playing with a themed set where that idea of a party originates from

To me the party mechanic and full pi arty state should include all the classes in AFR: the four above but also knight, warlock, sorcerer, ranger, monk, fighter, Barbarian, druid,

(and some of these supports need their type corrected)

I'd say either include all those classes in party (yay)

Or if that is too hard, group the class enchantments into the four party classes and change their type accordingly:

Cleric:
Monk
Druid
Cleric

Rogue:
Rogue
Ranger
Bard

Warrior:
Paladin
Barbarian
Fighter

Wizard:
Wizard
Warlock
Sorceror

This does 2 things: it makes the eldraine event much more interesting and not as dependent on our law's merriment ánd it makes the full party effect that does exist (a little) in AFR more flexible

And lastly it fits with the concept of the AFR set

This will never happen because that is not in Oktagon's power to decide. Wizards of the Coast are the ones that set the party mechanic and they said that it consist of a Rouge a Cleric a Warrior and a Wizard.

I get that honestly. Then change the actual card type and leave out the subtype?

Merriment is leaving standard, and I'd actually like the party thing to be a bit..... more
