Unable to View FAQs or Submit CS Tickets via Devices Using Android 4 or Earlier (9/17/21)

Hi Everyone -
We have been notified that starting on September 20, our Helpshift FAQs may no longer be accessible or visible to users that are on devices using Android 4 or earlier in MPQ.  Players will still be able to play MARVEL Puzzle Quest, it just means players on these devices will be unable to view FAQs and submit customer support messages with these devices.
If you are on a device using Android 4 or earlier, we recommend updating to a higher OS to bypass any of these issues.
As a reminder, the MARVEL Puzzle Quest FAQs can be accessed and customer support issues sent via www.d3go.com/mpq-support. Customer Support can also be reached at [email protected].
