Wish there was something else to do with red iso

Wish there were other things to spend it on or convert it too. Im sitting here with 1.7million that i have nothing to use it on while waiting for the super rare time i can upgrade my supports. 

I can't be the only one in this situation.

Unless you have all the supports near max rank and level then 1.7million riso isn't all that much. I have about that amount but I also have a lot of supports that could use it. As you say the higher rank supports are few and far between but when one does come up it will use most of my reserve to fully level it (especially if it is a rank 1 that happens to get updated to rank 5).

I also have a lot of rank 1 and rank 2 supports that could probably use the riso now but I don't see much benefit in leveling these up until they have a higher rank.

**Note: I got curious so did some checking and see that going from level one to max is ~620,000 riso so maybe 1.7 million riso will go farther than I thought if you already have high level/rank  supports.

8mil riso + 22mil iso

I think the game is just designed for those resources to become superfluous at a certain level.

5 million red iso and 35 million regular iso here, and nothing to spend it on (all available levels purchased).

It'd be nice if there was something else to do with it but I understand it's not a priority for them, because very few people are affected by this issue.

I do miss when we could buy standard tokens for 500iso -- I spent about 2 million on them before they closed it off.

Honestly, I'd be more than happy to send it to you if I could. Though, I understand why they don't let players do that.
