Anniversary and Devil Dino rewards

Since Anniversary is coming up....  Devil Dino covers will be handed out like candy.

Can we get the rewards as Shards verses covers?

I (and I'm sure other long timers) have an almost level 370 Devil Dino.

Are you really going to make us start a duplicate of a Limited Edition 4* if we go over lvl 370?  That's mean (to me).

So can we get rewards in the Anniversary vault/events as Shards instead so we don't have to start a duplicate DD?
