Dungeon master vanguard issues [Can’t Reproduce]

I was playing in the event zendikar expeditions:ruins of emeria. In the top node I was used my RAL planeswalker, I could not cast the third ability, when the game responded the card would not go away it got stuck causing me to quit the match. 
I do have a screen shot it.
