Currently this card returns a creature to your opponent's had if they have 5 or less cards, and if it is enhanced the card is put on the library. The problem with it now is that if it is enhanced so that it will put the card on the library, you still can't cast it if the opponent's hand is full. Since it is going to the library hand count doesn't matter when enhanced.
