@Magic:PQ Support Team is this under investigation? We have folks who can replicate this easily with Kasmina's 1st loyalty ability in an event with two permanent supports, such as Rise of Adventure. It's caused at least 3 players to hang to abandon matches. The Loop Prevention System DOES NOT stop the infinite matching once it starts.

It is impossible for us to make this happen so that you will be able to reproduce it at will unless you have a tool where you can specify what supports are where on a live board, match them, and see what happens.
Technically what is happening is that somehow the function which is checking if three gems are matched is re-triggered before any of the three resilient supports colour change functions are triggered, resulting in an infinite loop of the same three gems being matched.
Like mentioned above the loop prevention system has no effect on this issue.
In both my videos above both the events feature two event specific indestructible resilient supports, one for each player, and in addition I have used Kasmina's L1 which makes an Indestructible Fractal resilient token support, as well as casting Temporal Mastery which creates an Indestructible Day/Night resilient token support.
When any three of these four are matched in the same colours with each other this infinite loop will occur.
Please realize we are often playing with a lot of mass conversion which very often if not always leaves these indestructible supports at the bottom making it even more probable to happen.
This is probably true for any other Indestructible resilient supports we are able to create on the board.
Please take a harder look into this because it has affected at minimum 4 players this weekend alone.
Happened to me this past weekend and had to forfeit a match during the coalition event.
