Customer Service how long does it take?

I'm nearly at 2 weeks since I reported my account as lost and I'd like it recovered (LOL I actually bought something)

I still haven't received a response from customers services or should I just give up and start again

    @MissLolth - that sounds odd. Have you gotten an auto reply? Typically, you will get a message a few minutes later where CS list a few things.

    Are you sure that you have given them all relevant information? I imagine that UID is mandatory, but double check you haven’t forgotten anything. If you are missing something SC will typically not get back to you, since they have already replied in the auto reply.

    On the main support page there is an email address “support@d3go.com” which should allow you to contact the support function. Maybe that is a better way to get hold of the support department.

    @Oktagon_Support - I think that you need to help @MissLolth getting hold of CS
