Points are not being refreshed

Sorry, I posted this in General Discussion and should be here.


After the server come back I just enter and won like 10 battles, and I'm still at the same points as before without getting attacked...
But at the same time, other player points are reflected since my rank is dropping. I dont have fully availability to play at the time the game is working properly and very sure I will loose my chance to play before the event finish.
The same happened to me at Heavy Metal event and finished 54 at that event, I'm claiming since two weeks to MPQ and they said there is no issue, is probably my internet conection problem.
I hope my internet conection is not the case now since I can do everything (like post this topic) and there is no issue in any other apps.
I dont have words to thanks both events.... oh, I think best word should be tinykitty

I had the same problem. I was playing for the last hour of Fatal Attraction and my points were not changing but I was still getting covers and iso from winning matches.

Same here and I can say that I loose 33 points at the end. My points were 340 before my two last fights. I won the 2 but the last was after the time-out. But my points were 340 after the first victory. I know that I loose 33 points because 373 points were written in the classment!

I have the same problems. Right befor the end of the last event I lost the points from 6 fights without any attacks and my points are frozen on 841Pts.

I seem to be having this problem right now in Fresh Cut. I had a shield expire, played a match, and it didn't seem like my score changed. I threw on a 3 hour shield, got a defensive win, where I saw those points add. Then after this shield expired, I played a match, won, and I'm pretty sure I even LOST points, though I had no notifications of any losses. I shielded again so will watch it but, kind of frustrating. I sent a ticket but not sure if that will be able to be reviewed before the end of FC. I think I'm just going to shield the rest of the tourney and hope for top 10. #3 currently at 948, should be like 984. Would still actually be #3 right now, but nearer to the end it gets iffier...

I'm running into this in Fresh Cut too. I can lose points, but seemingly not gain them. But I did get a progression reward. I also notice my rank is not refreshing in the Simulator Normal Mode.

I've been having this issue as well, however i've noticed that if i wait a few seconds/minute that it'll show my updated points.

However my points keeping bouncing back and forth from 980 to 1075 and i've been shielded. Needless to say im going to give things time to settle down a bit and be rather miffed if i see any non shielded losses due to the server issues.

My alliance score shows (correctly) that I have 886 points in Fresh Cut. But my personal score shows only 767, ranked 16 (when I should currently be tied for 5th with 886).

I'm seeing the same issue in Fresh Cut. Unshielded, played about 5 matches (won each one) and my PVP score stayed the same, but I got more Season progression awards as if things were adding up properly. Shielded again and hope it wasn't a waste. Noticed that if I quit the game and came back in, the PVP score is temporarily ok, but checking the leaderboard sends it back to the old value.... Some sort of server issue for sure.

I am having the same problem with the Simulator (Normal) Pve event. I should have 3700 pts and it keeps showing only 183. I did all missions at least once, I should have more than that. I took SS, I may post it later if needed

I have also been having the same issues...considering I'm in the top 30 of the Fresh Cut event (535 points at "crash point"), I'd say COME ON!
Side note about this issue...I did notice I was up to 591 at one point, but then it just put me back down to my previous crash point after another fight...and even after ANOTHER fight it still had not refreshed.

I have 3 different scores in any table.
What is my real score - unknown.
Matchmaking gives strong opponents to me equal to 700-800pts , but my alliance tab shows 500 and any noob with 370pts subtract 35-40 from me.

Same here with fresh cut. Won some matches but the points stay same. With sim same too, but when i got here and went back to check like in ten minutes or so, my points had appeared to my score in there. But not to fresh cut.

I'm running into the same issue. I keep bouncing around 50-100 points, its very strange, some views show it up, the others down. The same thing happened to me in the last PVP, but I'm fairly sure it all worked out in the end, I'm hoping this will too.

It is definitely a bug, though.

Yeah, after I went back about an hour later it showed an accurate count - at least I'm pretty sure it was accurate, and it worked fine for the rest of the evening. I suspect it's an update issue between the device and the game servers, or something like that.
