VIP Membership Issue

Hi all,
Has no one had issues since the "Watch Video Promos" Update?, since then, my inbox no longer updates thus i can not claim the VIP rewards.
Support has donde nothing but ask me for my VIP receipt and screenshots. They claim to have already solved it but the problem persist.
Anyone with a similar experience?

No, I have not. VIP still works for me as it should. Have you tried deleting the app and reloading it? Make absolutely sure you have all of the information needed for your acct. including your uid# before doing anything like that. Just incase something weird happens in the reload, you have the correct info to give so you can get your acct reloaded correctly. Anyways, I have done this a few times in the past when I had critical issues that could not be corrected otherwise. Deleting and reloading the game almost always fixes the errors.
