Planeswalker Rowan, Scholar of Sparks - Missing ability or misleading official description? [Inv]

On the Planeswalker detail page, https://forums.d3go.com/discussion/84998/will-and-rowan-scholars-of-frost-and-sparks-official-thread, Rowan's 3rd ability at level 2 reads as follows:

Level 2: Copy the first noncopy spell card in your hand up to 3 times. Those copies gain X mana. X is the number of Enhanced Gems. If X is 12 or more, your Twins of Magic token gains the Sparks emblem.

This is not consistent with the Planeswalker, however.
Around Planeswalker level 34 or so, Rowan's 3rd ability unlocked level 2.
The text does not include "If X is 12 or more, your Twins of Magic token gains the Sparks emblem.".

The aforementioned Planeswalker detail page is misleading, she does not apply the Sparks emblem to the Twins of Magic support token.  Or Rowan's 3rd ability is supposed to apply the Sparks emblem at level 2 and this is a bug.

Once advancing the Planeswalker level to 48, Rowan's 3rd ability unlocked level 3 and the text does correctly read "If X is 9 or more, your Twins of Magic token gains the Sparks emblem.".
