Drop Forced 1-Star Recruit

I only have a single 1-star on my roster.  That's intentional.

Yet every time I open cover packs that turn into 1-stars, I'm forced to recruit then dismiss them.

Even if I don't press the RECRUIT button (instead backing out through gesture/back button) they are still added to my roster.

Can we get a quicker way of "taking out the trash," so to speak?
