Missing M21 elite pack

I just claimed the M21 elite pack in from my inbox but I didn't recieve one in my vault. 

I think it may have given me an M21 rare pack instead.

    You shouldn't receive anything in your vault. Once you click to claim the rewards on your inbox you should immediately receive a card, not a pack that you can claim later

    That is what happened to me, so I agree with @BongoTheGrey

    I found a new card in my collection, it simply didn't show any indication of what happened.
