3 red number gifts inside the journal rewards. BUT I HAVE NOTHING where is ZERO I HAVE NO IDEA!!

from the beginning of the journal rewards I have the first reward them comes a problem. When I don't have anything inside the reward "box, place, are" the red number shows 3 gifts but there is nothing inside. when the new reward comes after compleating the "task, condition" the red number shows 1 or two. I never saw the number 0 when I have nothing.thge red number 3 represent 0 to me. I did all of reinstaling ther game or delete the cash or deleting the unneccesary junk. can someone help me?
