Comm Link Disrupted Iphone 4

Woke up today and turned on my iphone 4 to play puzzle quest like I do everyday (that the game works) and as it was loading I got my favorite screen. Comm link disrupted. Since this I have restarted the app. I have restarted the phone. I have removed and reinstalled the app and it says the same thing so now my favorite game is dead to me once again. Anyone else having this problem with their Iphone 4 version of the game. Please help me D3 your killin me.

    I'm having the same issue. Every other app is working fine.

    Same issue in iPhone 5. I get 'gateway time-out' (504) errors when I try to click the link to submit a trouble ticket too.

    With a shield expiring soon, I hope I'm not a defenseless target for to long before they get this issue resolved.

    Ive been having this issue (also iPhone 4) for the past several months. Its gone up and down based on the release version, but it has never gone away. The CS response has been for me to check my internet connection so I tested on home wifi, office wifi and 3G....decent results so no obvious issue, and no conclusive response from CS other than to keep closing the ticket (stopped re-opening it after the third closure w/o resolution).

    I experienced the same problem with my iPhone 4 and when I switched to my iPad it did the same thing. So, I decided to check to forum for any users expressing concerns over the server not communicating and there were plenty of people, on multiple platforms, experiencing issues with server communication. In my experience, it's always best to check the forums before I have a meltdown and sometimes resetting the app helps. I know it would be a thread that should be discussed in the Bugs and Technical Issues section but I always go to the General Discussion first.

    And as a side comment: I don't know about you but for me playing MPQ on the iPhone 4 is like using dial-up internet to stream a movie.

    Playing on IPad, being disconnected at the end of every match played. Happened during the last hour or so, probably linked to the end of the PVE tourneys; I expect to drop out of top 10 (normal) & not be able to reach top 50 (hard) and I also expect D3P to NOT do anything about it, like compensate me for my wasted time. That's OK though, each such issue will delay by one month the moment when I'll pour any more money into this game. At the rate they fix these bugs, I'll be a freeloader for life icon_e_smile.gif
