I know most people like a more serious tone, but I'd love to see another goofy character.  Impossible Man could have such a good moveset and animation.  I could see it being better than Hot dog stand from ta hulk :)

    I don't know how to se these guys up like you do, but I'd think something like

    1. Random power he imitates

    2. Something like he annoys his opponents.

    3. Some sort of invulnerability.

    But, more than the powers, his theme would matter more to me

    How do people make these look official?

    We usually copy and paste other people's layouts to make them look sort of official. That's how I started, then I decided to spruce mine up a bit. Just find a format that you like, copy and paste it. If you want to keep it as basic as possible, try using the format @Neko used for the Mantis teaser which would look something like this:

    Purple Power - PASSIVE
    (PASSIVE) When the enemy fires a power, lock 1 enemy special tile in the fired power's color.
    • Level 2: lock 2 tiles
    • Level 3: lock 3 tiles
    • Level 4: lock 4 tiles
    • Level 5: lock 5 tiles in any color
    Yellow Power - PASSIVE
    (PASSIVE) The Impossible Man is immune to Red passive power damage.
      • Level 2: Immune to Green passive power damage
      • Level 3: Immune to Black passive power damage
      • Level 4: Immune to Purple passive power damage
      • Level 5: Immune to all passive power damage
      Blue Power - 9  AP
      The Impossible Man takes on the target enemy's appearance, stuns the target for 1 turn, and creates a 1-turn Countdown tile targeting the stunned enemy. While this tile is present, this power becomes one of the powers of the target enemy.
      • Level 2: Stun for 2 turns
      • Level 3: Creates 2-turn Countdown tile
      • Level 4: Stun for 3 turns 
      • Level 5: Creates a 3-turn Countdown tile

      If you want to add more detail, you can, but I think this is a great format. It's simple, easy, and gets your idea out there.
