Remove inkling requirement

Inkling tokens have this odd requirement of "if you control 2 or less creatures creat an inkling token" this makes the card difficult to use. I have been testing mascot exabition and notced you can't reinforce the inkling leader if you have 3 creatures on the board, but you can easily reinforce spirit and elemental leader with there strixhaven counterparts (archeological spirits and art elementals) if you take away the 2 creature requirements they will be easier to use with mascot exabition and in general gameplay

Best fix would be change the 2 creatures to an enchanced "if this card was enhanced 2 or more times create an inkling token if not your creatures get +2/+2"
