Boosted “The Hulk” doesn’t boost the Hulk, only Banner

My 453 carnage was tanking everything over the 573 level “The Hulk” when transformed.
it seems like it is retaining the original 454 level.   Seems like a bug...

    This has been a bug for a very long time.  Only Banner gets the weekly boosts.  Even back when he was released.  Was funny as all heck.  Banner would get the boosts and be a machine... then he'd hulk out and lose 2/3rds of his match damage and HP... :D
