Jadzi oracle of Arcavios not interacting with some ( most) drain mana effects

The last 3 cards are just to play something big.


Jadzi does interact with Jace's Sanctum, drain 2 and gain 7

but... she doesnt interact with Kiora's first ability, lullmage mentor, mizzium meddler test of talents  Summoner's bane Saw it coming


Is that by design?

I've been playing Jadzi with Mizzium Meddler since I got Jadzi and it has always worked. Haven't really tested anything else from your list

I have a feeling that it only works with origins cards

I want to add Archon of Absolution in the list also, but not because it doesn't trigger Jadzi, but because I couldn't get its effect to proc in the first place.  I thought Jadzi and Archon would make a great pair, but with or without mana in Greg's hand, nothing is happening.  I know I got the Archon to work once a long time ago (Colors of Mana event) but it stopped working immediately after that first game and I never got it to work ever since.

Drain effects are mostly useless in this game (most of my unused/unmastered spells drain mana from Greg) but Jadzi made them fun and viable.

Maybe we can move this to the bugs section and the devs investigate and fix? @Oktagon_Support.

By using verdant mastery I was able to better test all this: first giving mana then taking it away...

I was wrong it seems, most if not all spells work, it's the PW and vanguard abilities that don't work
