And Theros Beyond Death was released in Feb 2020, which is 15 months ago.Has anyone seen Greg foolishly kill his own creature with a more recent spell?

Also, most of the time it will prefer to buff its own creatures, instead of the opponents.Note that this improvement does not change the behavior of any card in the game, but rather just the way the AI decides to use them. Players will still be able to target their own creatures or Planeswalkers with effects that could affect "any target"."Not prioritize doesnt necessarily mean always.

Lord knows I tried to find it, but my searches were too broad and generic and returned too many responses.

Digging through patch notes is a thankless chore. So, what we've discovered is that the original statement that Greg still kills his own creatures is true, and that it happens with cards that came after Throne of Eldraine (q.v., Drag to the Underworld, from Theros).

Well let's try and move this discussion on a little bit from who was right since it looks like, strictly speaking, both me and jtwood were a bit right (does that mean we're friends now?)
