    After this update I can't get a match in Trial of the Planes Hard node.  The opponent just spins.  Do i need to wait until someone with the new patch plays?  I've tried 3 different PWers

    Rebooted phone  didn't fix

    Clearing all app data didn't help

    Hi @soultwist

    When there's a new update and force update is not applied yet, there are players still using the old version while some players have updated the game to the new version.
    While players are using two versions of the game, finding an opponent during events can be tricky, because the system needs to find an opponent that is using the same game version as yours who have also joined the event you have entered.

    Getting a constant "Error while loading assets" message with the patch. Tried restarting my device but no luck. Just me?

    I've just updated the game and on the first launch had the same problem. But restarting helped.

    I started notice that some card didn't load their graphic this morning, then I decided to reinstall the app deleting my cache.

    Since then, I'm getting a constant "ERROR WHILE LOADING ASSETS".

    I tried to log in on another device and still impossible to enter, neither open a support ticket.

    Luckily I saved my UID on my phone, what can I do?
