Journal progress displayed but not counted [Fixed]

When a new journal quest gets added in the day (here it is at 5 pm) you have to view it actively on the starting screen to make progress count.

If the new quest gets added and you start a match or are in a match at the moment you get a pop-up after the match displaying your progress in the quest, but it isn't counted. When switching to the starting screen the counter for the quest is still at 0 though the pop-up after the match said otherwise.
